The Role
Lead and deliver high‑quality transaction service projects, collaborating with business owners, management teams, and investors. The work is fast‑paced, varied, and central to key strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial due diligence and related transaction support
Manage and develop project teams
Build strong relationships with clients and referrers
Support business development with a sector or channel focus
Use data‑driven insights and commercial judgement to achieve successful deal outcomes
About You
Extensive transaction services experience
Proven leadership skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
Proactive about professional growth
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
