Christopher Kidd founded CK Search Global in 2014 and has over 30 years professional services recruitment and search experience having successfully introduced specialists across our practice areas into professional services firms throughout his career, primarily focusing on senior level recruitment. Many of his introductions now lead service lines for advisory firms around the world and come to him for advice on hiring strategies and with search mandates.
Prior to founding CK Search Global Chris headed the Practice Recruitment team at a leading London based Financial Recruitment Consultancy and was a founding Partner of a specialist Professional Services Recruiter. He is also the originator of Big 4 Careers and has an in depth understanding of the industry and a comprehensive global network of contacts.
Chris believes passionately in a honest and open approach to recruitment in order to pave the way for strong working relationships and it is through these relationships, together with hard work, determination and a deep knowledge of these markets that successful, long-term placements have been made.
Harry has been working with CK Search Global since 2015 as a researcher and candidate identification consultant and has seven years of professional services experience helping to place professionals at all levels and stages in their careers throughout the world. In addition to holding a degree in management, Harry passed the British Institute of Recruiters course with a score of 90% and is Assoc BIoR (CPD) qualified.
Harry prides himself on his ability to fully understand and highlight the requirements of both the client and the candidate, which enables him to deliver a quality recruitment consulting service and build robust and long-lasting working relationships.
Harry focusses on international recruitment across our practice areas and is keen to hear from individuals keen to move cross border or from advisory firms looking to hire specialists from outside their country of operation.
