Our client’s Financial Services practice is going through an exciting period of change. With rapid growth and the Extended Assurance team expanding across the UK, there are great opportunities for learning and career development.
The Extended Assurance practice provides ongoing assurance to regulators, management, and directors on the quality of governance, processes, and controls managing financial and non‑financial risks within a business. Current turbulent markets are driving significant changes to firms’ internal processes, such as regulatory reporting and demands for enhanced management information. These processes require a broader set of controls than those traditionally used for financial statement reporting, including the need to address a wider suite of risks.
Our client’s Extended Assurance team works with organisations to provide assurance that business activities are operating effectively in addressing these challenges. This is achieved through the appropriate use of assurance skills, robust audit methodologies, and industry insight in the financial services market.
