This role at a top global consulting firm focuses on guiding financial institutions and corporations through restructuring, turnarounds, and crisis scenarios. You’ll head teams that provide quick assessments, create restructuring strategies, and support implementation, collaborating closely with boards, lenders, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead restructuring engagements, including independent business reviews and cash flow analysis
- Develop and execute turnaround strategies to stabilize performance and restore value
- Advise boards, creditors, and private equity sponsors on restructuring options and risk mitigation
- Manage liquidity planning, covenant compliance, and stakeholder negotiations
- Drive implementation of restructuring programs across multiple functions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
- Extensive consulting or advisory experience in restructuring and financial services
- Could suit a senior manager from the big 4 , top 10 or boutique restructuring firm
- Proven track record leading teams on complex turnaround or distressed situations
- Strong skills in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and operational improvement
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure and build trusted relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA preferred
- International exposure and willingness to travel
