As a result, we are supporting them in the recruitment of experienced Managers to join their expanding restructuring team.
These roles would suit AM’s looking for a step up or existing Managers looking for flat structure and complex, highly varied work including cross border assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex corporate cases from initiation through to closure
- Oversee statutory compliance, including the preparation of detailed reports and professional correspondence
- Work closely with senior partners, identifying key risks and contributing to strategic solutions
- Conduct in‑depth investigations, financial reviews(IBR’s), and litigation support where required
- Get involved with options reviews, special situations, contingency planning and exit strategies
- Monitor WIP and ensure assignments are delivered within budget
- Mentor and support junior team members while developing your own professional network
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restructuring
- Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA
- Proven experience managing administrations
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency and restructuring principles
- Advisory experience (options analysis, accelerated M&A) is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness and a solid academic background
- Proficiency with IPS and Microsoft Office
