About the Roles
Focus on clients’ strategic, operational, financial, and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and client service .
- Supervise client engagements while working closely with other directors and senior consultants.
- Responsibilities include preparing work products, financial statements, models and reports for accuracy and completeness; conducting discussions with clients , updating Managing Directors , helping resolve analytical and technical problems as they arise.
- Understand, synthesize, and analyse large amounts of data associated with complex restructuring, due diligence, and litigation cases. Present relevant analysis and summaries for interested parties including clients, management or attorneys.
Background required
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented accountant with proven, hands-on corporate restructuring/corporate finance experience who wants to provide analytical services to debtors, creditors and other stakeholders of companies experiencing unfavourable situations The roles also provide for an opportunity to enhance managerial skills.
