- Leadership in delivering financial advisory services including:
- Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
- Liquidity and working capital assessments
- Financial modelling and restructuring
- Stakeholder options analysis
- Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including:
- C-suite executives
- Lenders and alternative finance providers
- Private equity and institutional investors
- Government bodies and regulators
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional qualification: ICAEW or ACCA (required)
- Insolvency qualification and/or contingency planning experience (preferred)
- Sector-specific expertise or network (advantageous)
- Strong grasp of regulatory and statutory frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
