Salary and benefits and Relocation
The Salary and Benefits for the Associate position range from $54k to $66k tax free (based on experience) with a 15% bonus tax free eligibility. Additional perks include a $720 annual wellness bonus, discretionary spot bonuses for exceptional performance, flights from the UK, $1,200 in relocation expenses (with receipts), a hotel and car for 2 weeks, and introductions to estate agents for finding an apartment.
