About the Roles

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Partner with Directors and Partners to grow and strengthen the Corporate Finance team.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Lead performance reviews, training programmes, and promotion processes.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Oversee large, multi‑faceted Corporate Finance engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Anticipate and resolve project challenges, coordinating effectively across service lines.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of client sectors and business models.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify, shape, and convert new opportunities into Corporate Finance mandates.
- Contribute to proposals, marketing initiatives, and the development of new service offerings.
- Promote cross‑selling across the firm’s wider advisory capabilities.
Technical Excellence
- Apply deep technical knowledge to complex financial due diligence assignments.
- Present complex findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or demonstrable relevant experience.
- Proven track record in a Transaction Services environment.
- Strong leadership and people management capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- For Capital Markets engagements, a thorough understanding of relevant legislation is essential.
