Main Duties
- Implement ESG projects, provide specialist advice and act as team member in the delivery of such projects; ESG projects cover a range of topics such as ESG reporting (including reporting under the CSRD and the EU Taxonomy, and carbon accounting), ESG strategy development and implementation, ESG training, and ESG assurance
- Supporting the ESG lead with business development in priority sectors (as per the Malta Firm ESG strategy); Conducting technical research in support of ESG projects and proposals
- Be involved in market research, development of new products, training materials, proposals, etc.
- Supporting in the implementation and further development of the Impact Plan
Who they are looking for…
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following attributes:
- A bachelor’s degree in sustainability, particularly in subjects having an environmental focus – relevant topics include biology, chemistry, earth systems, and engineering; a master’s degree is preferred
- Experience working on sustainability / ESG; candidates with experience working across multidisciplinary environmental topics (e.g. EIA, SEA, IPPC), or the broader ESG spectrum (e.g. ESG reporting under CSRD), will be preferred.
- Interested in ESG, enjoys learning and self-study – previous training on ESG will be considered an asset
- Up to the challenge of discovering and creating new materials to support clients and colleagues in their ESG journey

- Excellent project and team management and coordination skills
- Good with MS Office, including Excel PowerPoint
