The USA Audit Team which includes a dedicated Global Capital Markets team and comprises approximately 150 people delivers audits US-listed and private companies reporting under US GAAP or IFRS with audit opinions under PCAOB or AICPA standards.
You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of US‑based and international clients, gaining exposure to cross‑border reporting, multi‑jurisdictional regulatory requirements and complex group structures.

You’ll contribute to delivering transparent, reliable audits that support long‑term value for clients and stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable managing your own workload, collaborating with senior leaders, and communicating confidently with Managers, Directors and Partners.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring audit quality, supporting junior team members, and strengthening client relationships.
You’ll Bring:
- Professional qualification: ACCA / ACA /CPA/ ICAS or overseas equivalent
- Leadership experience: Proven ability to manage, coach and develop people
- Technical expertise: Strong working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Regulatory awareness: Understanding of financial products, firm services, compliance, regulation and AML requirements
- Audit capability: Experience across systems/controls testing, substantive audit work, consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts and disclosures
- Project management: Ability to deliver assignments within agreed budgets and timelines
Desirable Experience:
- Sector experience relevant to the client’s audited entities
- Experience auditing listed entities
- Exposure to cross‑border audits and collaboration with international teams, particularly US GAAP/US reporting environments
