Key Responsibilities
For Both Manager & Senior Manager Levels
- Delivering restructuring, insolvency, and investigative assignments, including multi‑jurisdictional matters across common‑law territories
- Managing or supporting official and voluntary liquidations, operational and financial restructurings, valuations, and corporate advisory engagements
- Analysing financial statements, cash flows, and business performance to identify issues and develop practical solutions
- Preparing high‑quality reports, affidavits, expert opinions, and formal documentation for courts, creditors, and stakeholders
- Working closely with senior management teams, lenders, investors, creditors, and external advisors (legal counsel, auditors, consultants)
- Contributing to internal best‑practice development and knowledge sharing
- Building strong relationships with clients and market stakeholders across the offshore and onshore network
- Monitoring WIP, budgets, and engagement profitability while ensuring compliance with internal risk‑management and quality‑control standards
- Collaborating with colleagues across international offices within the global network

- Strong analytical, financial, and report‑writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high‑quality outputs under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability
Senior Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Professional qualification in insolvency, accounting, or law from a recognised international body (ACA, ACCA, JIEB, solicitor, barrister, or equivalent)
- 7–8+ years’ experience across restructuring, insolvency ; offshore or cross‑border experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
