The Opportunity – Financial Due Diligence Manager
Within the Deals team, you will support clients through key corporate events including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and capital markets activity. The team provides financial due diligence and wider transaction support, combining data‑driven analysis with strong commercial judgement.
As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will play a central role in delivering high‑quality transaction advice. This includes:
- Leading financial due diligence engagements for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions across a diverse client base, including private equity, corporates and founder‑led businesses.
- Conducting detailed financial analysis, including quality of earnings, working capital assessments, cash flow analysis, and understanding underlying business performance drivers.
- Engaging directly with client management teams to understand business dynamics, trading trends, risks and opportunities.
- Producing clear, insightful diligence reports that highlight key findings, commercial implications and areas requiring negotiation or further investigation.
- Managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring high‑quality outputs and a smooth transaction process.
- Leading and developing junior team members, providing coaching, review and on‑the‑job training.
- Supporting business development, including proposal writing, scoping discussions and building long‑term client relationships.
- Driving operational improvements, including the adoption of technology, data analytics tools and more efficient delivery methods.
