The Role
You’ll lead and deliver high‑quality transaction services engagements, working closely with business owners, management teams, and investors. The work is fast‑paced, varied, and central to major strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial due diligence and related transaction support
- Manage and develop project teams
- Build strong client and referrer relationships

About You
- Strong experience in transaction services
- Proven team leadership capability
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proactive approach to professional development
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant experience
