Role Overview
The Audit Senior Manager will lead the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio, including listed and internationally active companies. This role involves managing complex engagements, developing teams, and contributing to business growth through client relationship management and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK and international standards.
- Manage and mentor audit teams, supporting professional development and performance.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Ensure accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and uphold a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified.
- Extensive experience in audit and assurance for private and listed companies.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Commercial acumen and business development capability.
