📌 Role Overview
As an Audit Senior Manager, you’ll lead high-performing audit teams across a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including listed entities, international groups, and UK-based businesses. You’ll manage end-to-end audit engagements, drive quality and efficiency, and play a key role in business development.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and deadlines
- Manage client relationships and exceed expectations through high-quality service
- Oversee project management and implement process improvements
- Coach, mentor, and develop audit team members
- Collaborate with technical experts and provide solutions for complex audit issues
- Identify cross-service opportunities and initiate introductions to other departments
- Manage billing, WIP, and reporting to senior stakeholders and audit committees

🎓 Skills & Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, ICAS, ICAI, or equivalent CCAB qualification (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
- Proven experience with complex group audits at Manager + level
- Ability to deliver practical, strategic advice to clients and partners
- Excellent understanding of business cycle controls and risk management
