Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Lead VAT compliance and advisory services across varied sectors.
- Strategic Tax Planning: Collaborate with Partners/Directors on complex tax matters.
- Business Development: Identify and communicate new opportunities to Partners.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Coach junior staff and lead large-scale projects.
- Client Engagement: Maintain proactive and responsive communication with clients.
- Innovation & Delivery: Provide final tax advice and seek creative solutions.
Requirements
- Strong VAT expertise and broad tax knowledge.
- CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification VAT experience.
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios profitably.
- Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders.
- Project and team management skills.
