🔍 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking valuation professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Restructuring
- Contentious valuations
- Financial reporting
- Infrastructure
Ideal candidates will have gained their experience within a UK-based advisory firm, most likely at Director level or as a Senior Manager/Associate Director ready to step up.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex valuation assignments from inception to delivery.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across sectors and geographies.
- Oversee the development and finalisation of valuation reports.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and development.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Deliver internal training and review work to uphold quality standards.
- Play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the department.
👤 About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven valuation experience in relevant sectors
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Background in a Big 4, Top 10, or leading consultancy
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to make an impact
