This Senior Audit Manager position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of charities, social housing providers, and not-for-profit organisations. Clients range from innovative start-ups to prestigious, well-established charities, including many of the UK’s Top 100 charities.
Our client, a leading and award-winning audit firm in Central London, is seeking two ambitious Audit Senior Managers with a passion for the not-for-profit sector. You’ll join one of the UK’s most respected audit teams, delivering exceptional service to a high-profile client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of external audit clients year-round
- Lead multiple audit teams, ensuring delivery within budget and timescales
- Act as the principal client contact, providing proactive support
- Prepare and present reports to Directors, Partners, Audit Committees, and Boards
- Mentor and coach junior audit staff
- Drive business development and build strong professional networks
- Participate in proposals, presentations, and wider assurance services
- Engage in firm-wide activities and training opportunities
Skills & Experience Required
- ACA, ICAS, or ACCA qualified
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
- Experience in charity audits and knowledge of Charities SORP (advantageous)
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Passion for the not-for-profit sector
